About this deal

Scent: Versace Dylan Blue is a fantastic fragrance with a fresh and extremely likable scent. This fragrance opens with a fresh scent of grapefruit, supported by an aquatic undertone. A little while after the opening, some spices start to appear, giving the fragrance a bit of depth, as well as a clean, almost shower gel-like scent. When this fragrance starts to dry down, a nice scent of musk makes itself known, giving the fragrance a salty and clean feel. Overall, you’re left with a beautiful fragrance with a fresh and crowd-pleasing scent.

It's all to do with strength. An aftershave is the weakest, and is made up of around 1%-3% perfume oil. To help soothe your skin after a shave, it'll usually contain soothing and cooling ingredients, such as Aloe Vera. It should only last around two to three hours after application. It is a very elegant, delicate, refined, sweet fragrance that is perfect for office and formal events that require a suit and tie. It exudes class and sophistication and is never obnoxious. It is suitable for every season since it has the character to survive the colder months as well as the freshness to shine in the hotter months. It is a truly universal fragrance that will offend no one and is going to appeal to everyone except a dishonest and cynical fragrance snob who might criticise it as “generic” or boring. The longevity is very good at 9-12 hours on skin with moderete projection and silage for the first two to three hours after which it sits closer to the chest. These fresh scents can range from fresh aquatics to slightly more aromatic scents. Often times, these fragrances also have some variation of the word blue in their name, as you’ll see in the list below. And, on top of that, usually, they also have blue bottles. It's very grapefruit oriented, almost picture perfect, the Iso E Super ruins it, but that gives me the performance boost, so it's a love/hate relationship, there's a hint of smokiness, maybe labdanum is not needed if this has it because we have problems but I just can't feel confident or sexy with this number, sorry Bleu, maybe you're an overplayed record, or I've put on a pedestal, but literally all your brothers and sisters wash you away

But here's the thing, I own hundreds of frags, niche and designer, some incredibly expensive and made from high quality ingredients but guess what... none of them get more compliments and positive attention from people around me than this, not even close, no Creeds, Amouages, Montales, Tom Fords, Frederic Malles in my collection get the crazy reactions that this does. So, if you wear fragrances to get more attention, if you're not serious about collecting frags, look no further than this. My very first fragrance... cheap but with character... no compromise on silage and lasting... very fresh and refreshing...Deutsch | Español | Français | Čeština | Italiano | Русский | Polski | Português | Ελληνικά | 汉语 | Nederlands | Srpski | Română | العربية | Українська | Монгол | עברית To me there aren't too many compelling things about Bleu de Chanel. I'll start with the positives: It's a high quality fragrance that projects well and endures, it has a pleasant scent, and it's highly versatile, being a great option for any season or almost any occasion. Searching for the best fragrances for men is quite the daunting task. I would know – I’ve been on the hunt for weeks. Earlier this year, I decided I wanted a new scent. I’ve never been a big cologne person in general – I’ve met far too many people who overpower you with their scent the minute you meet them, their lavender or citrus notes punching you right in the face – but there’s something about this past year that’s made me want to invest in a new cologne. The idea of spritzing myself at home, with nobody around to smell it, seems like the ultimate act of self-care, like it’s a part of my morning ritual that’s purely for me, myself, and I. I was expecting that famous blast of grapefruit but all I can smell is a very strong lime green and no grapefruit at all. Some people claim they get good performance from recent batches but the performance, projection is shite on my skin. I know it’s not a screamer like Dylan blue or Sauvage but cmon man…. I’m struggling to smell it after about 45 minutes and I’m not exaggerating. I disagree. It might be not the most „outstanding and innovative“ fragrance but its in no way boring to me.

Bleu de Chanel by Chanel is a classic men's fragrance that was released in 2010. It is a versatile scent that can be worn for any occasion, from a casual day out to a formal evening event. My first gifted fragrance, got this one from my sister after almost crying from the emotion of smelling this for the first time in 2011. When it comes to blue fragrances, there are a few key notes to look for. Citrus scents like lemon and orange are often featured in blue fragrances, as well as aquatic notes like seaweed and ocean air. Other common notes include herbs like basil and mint, and woods like cedar and sandalwood. Keep an eye out for these key notes when shopping for a blue fragrance, as they will help give the scent its signature cool and refreshing vibe. Test out different concentrations Before you even start looking at specific fragrances, it's important to consider your personal style. Do you prefer classic, traditional scents or are you drawn to more modern and edgy fragrances? This will help narrow down the options and ensure that you choose a fragrance that fits your overall aesthetic. Look for key notesDepending on how much you wear, you develop "olfactory adaption", or "habituation." The result: We no longer smell, hence why you can't smell your scent. When you wear a fragrance regularly, your brain associates it with your own body odor. The fact that you can't smell you own scent is part of the psychological process of olfaction. The more you wear a scent, the more your nose particles let their guard down because it's smelled it so many times that it considers the scent harmless. As I said earlier, your nose has adapted. That said, if you enjoy this stuff, put my words out of your mind and don’t let anyone tell you you shouldn’t enjoy it. This one is clearly a very wearable pop icon, and my aversion to it has everything to do with the marketing, acceptance by the masses, and subsequent ubiquitousness of the blue masculinity renaissance of the 21st century. I just hate to see luxury brands manipulating the segment of people who might spend a half a week’s salary on a bottle like this just to get to say they wear a luxury brand. I’m not saying that boost in self-esteem is anything to be ashamed of on a consumer’s end, but it definitely is a point of shame for the people making the profits. Give the people what they want in fiscally lethal doses, I suppose? I was like that. The first time I tried this, it was a big "Meh!" I was like "I don't know why people appraise this one, it's just too common, nothing special for this one"
